We list our rentals when there are vacancies. If there are no listings, then we
currently do not have any vacancies. However, we suggest to still contact us in order
to find out if a rental will soon be available.
The security deposit varies by State. For Massachusetts and New Hampshire, typically the
security deposit is equal to, but not greater than, one month's rent. For California, the
security deposit may vary.
If your furniture is stained, you can use a product like Orange Glo. If your
furniture is painted, you would want to use a duster or light soap and water.
We can either create a custom order and leave the furniture unpainted / not stained
so you can apply your paint or stain. Another option is you could provide the paint
or stain and we will apply it for an additional cost. However, because it isn't a
paint or stain that we provide, we cannot guarantee how long the paint or stain will
last. This is at your own discretion.
